It can impart slightly crisp handle on the thread fibre without being sticky. The lubricate fibres shows very uniform level of friction and have a steady even draw in sliver form resulting in easier and more regular drafting at intersectors rovers and spinning frames.
Treatment of fibres with CVC NT STAT-40 ensures better level and stronger yarns with reduced fly wasted and reduced slubes and nips, thereby improving the rate of production at combing and recombing stages. It also ensures more uniform blending of wool / synthetic fibres.
