Chem-Verse Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. which is popularly known as CVC is a Flagship Company under MAVANI Group of Industries established in the year 1979. Mr. N. C. Mavani Masters in Mechanical Engineering from university of London U. K., with 50+ years of industrial experience is the founder promoter and currently managing director of the company.

CVC is managed by technically qualified and experienced personnel under dynamic and vibrant leadership of Mr. N. C. MAVANI. The major focus of CVC is to manufacture the products in the Aerosol Form to cater to different needs and requirements of various industries.

The company’s core strength is in design and development of new products especially Synthetic Lubricants, Eco-friendly cleaners and other Maintenance products such as Rust Preventives, Release Agents & Protective Coatings etc. in their in-house dedicated research and development laboratory.

Company’s manufacturing unit is situated at PANVEL and is supported by all the required equipment for production along with necessary Government clearance and license. CVC is ISO 9001:2015 certified company from TUV and has dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Laboratory with all the modern instruments.

CVC has a tie-up with NABL accredited laboratories for some of the special tests. CVC has a wide range of customer base which includes Defense, Railways, Navy and various OEM like Reliance, L&T, HAL, BHEL, Essar Steel, Mahindra, Exide, and Bajaj. The company’s marketing activities are managed from its Corporate Office which is situated at Sion.

The company provides support for Private Label Marketing (PLMA) arrangement with many leading multinational companies for their local and export market. The company operates PAN India base on its widely spread distributor network.

CVC is registered with CRISIL and it is also a member of Bombay Industries Association (BIA), Basic Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics Export Promotion Council (Chemexcil), Aerosols Promotion Council (APC), Indian Specialty Chemical Manufacturer’s Association (ISCMA), Indian Textile Accessories & Machinery Manufacturer’s Association (ITAMMA), The National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) and India Lead Zinc Development Association (ILZDA)
